Parent Engagement

Education is key to our children's success in life and also our success as parents! Parenting in any generation is challenging and in todays' fast paced times, with the influx of information, parents need conventional and contemporary forms of support.

California High PTSA, invites professional speakers at its monthly meetings to provide helpful advice and guidance to all our parents. Students' success begins at home and even the simplest steps can mean a big difference for their future.

Our PTSA is committed to diverse parent involvement and bringing parents from all backgrounds together in support of a common interest – help our students succeed.

California High PTSA continues to support other initiatives at school that truly make a difference for our students. Check our weekly school newsletter -the Bear Facts, our Facebook page and Twitter posts, for information on upcoming events.

Upcoming Speaker Events

A joint initiative of the High School PTSA's in our SRVUSD. We focus on preparing our parents to envision the students, from early stages on, choosing a route fit for their individuals. We focus on healthy growth into graduation, and beyond, where the path toward a successful career is not always the most obvious. The two part peaker series is shared by the four high schools and open to the feeder middle schools. There are two opportunities to attend each type of session in Danville and San Ramon.

In the forum discussion, a panel of traditional professionals will illustrate actual career paths and choices.
